At New Hope we are committed to spreading the good news of Jesus Christ around the world and in our city. You can see this committment in our finances as well as in our day-to-day activities.

Below is just a sampling of some of the ministries and people with which we are united in the proclamation of the glorious gospel of our wonderful Savior. Join us in spreading the Good News!

Around the World 

Mission to the World is the official missions agency of our denomination. Currently, we support six families through MTW in Bulgaria, Ecuador, Mexico and S. Africa.

We also support Youth with a Mission in Jacksonville, FL. YWAM-Jacksonville is committed to equipping and sending missionaries to the unreached people of the world.

It is a tremendous joy for us to be able to participate with our giving and our going to the uttermost parts of the world!

Every year we send groups to our missionaries and support them by working alongside them. This summer we are going to Mexico to teach English as well as conduct a Vacation Bible School in Tijuana. If you would like to support this work, call our church office at (913) 782-7325.

In Our City 

New Hope is located in one of the fastest growing counties in Kansas. As a result, we have a remarkable opportunity to reach thousands of people with the good news of Jesus Christ without even leaving our city.

• We have sent teams, multiple times, to help in the reconstruction of homes that were damaged or destroyed through natural disasters.
• We provide English classes for members of our community that include a weekly Bible Study.
• We support ministries such as the Salvation Army and the Lightouse that assist people with special needs.

There are many other ways in which we are attempting to make our community a better place to live by faithfully demonstrating the mercy of God.
